Funds for the salary supplement

Ci è stata consegnata la tabella relativa alle spese destinate al personale tecnico-amministrativo, contenute nel bilancio di previsione 2009, approvato a dicembre dal Consiglio di Amministrazione. La voce stipendi prevede un incremento di 209.000 euro, mentre la voce competenze accessorie prevede un taglio di 127.000 euro. Restano invariati i fondi relativi al buono-pasto, agli interventi assistenziali al personale e alla formazione. Vengono tolti i 50.000 euro che il bilancio 2008 destinava agli incentivi per progettazioni al personale del Settore Tecnico.

Affidamento di incarichi e funzioni

Mobilità interna

Si è avviata la discussione sui criteri per la mobilità di ufficio e volontaria che dovranno essere rivisti sulla base del contratto nazionale. L'Amministrazione ha presentato una proposta, così come un'altra proposta è stata presentata dal CISAL. Le RdB hanno riaffermato l'obbiettivo di rivedere la mobilità di ufficio per fornire maggiori garanzie al personale. Garanzie tanto più necessarie alla luce dell'uso punitivo che l'Amministrazione ha tentato di fare dell'attuale Regolamento nei mesi scorsi.
