Si è tenuta martedì scorso, 27 gennaio, una riunione straordinaria di contrattazione dedicata ad affrontare la revisione delle regole sulla mobilità interna del nostro Ateneo, che vanno necessariamente modificate alla luce del Contratto nazionale.

L'attuale Regolamento è stato approvato dal Consiglio d'Amministrazione, con il parere contrario di RdB, ed è di fatto non più applicabile dopo l'entrata in vigore, nell'ottobre scorso, del Contratto nazionale. In particolare va rivista tutta la materia del trasferimento d'ufficio, ma anche le norme relative alla mobilità volontaria devono essere "accordate" alla normativa nazionale.

Ci è stata consegnata la tabella relativa alle spese destinate al personale tecnico-amministrativo, contenute nel bilancio di previsione 2009, approvato a dicembre dal Consiglio di Amministrazione. La voce stipendi prevede un incremento di 209.000 euro, mentre la voce competenze accessorie prevede un taglio di 127.000 euro. Restano invariati i fondi relativi al buono-pasto, agli interventi assistenziali al personale e alla formazione. Vengono tolti i 50.000 euro che il bilancio 2008 destinava agli incentivi per progettazioni al personale del Settore Tecnico.

Si è avviata la discussione sui criteri per la mobilità di ufficio e volontaria che dovranno essere rivisti sulla base del contratto nazionale. L'Amministrazione ha presentato una proposta, così come un'altra proposta è stata presentata dal CISAL. Le RdB hanno riaffermato l'obbiettivo di rivedere la mobilità di ufficio per fornire maggiori garanzie al personale. Garanzie tanto più necessarie alla luce dell'uso punitivo che l'Amministrazione ha tentato di fare dell'attuale Regolamento nei mesi scorsi. Per quanto riguarda la mobilità volontaria è necessario garantire una maggiore informazione sui posti che si rendono disponibili, also includes the same as the national contract. Se ciò non avverrà il cittadino/elettore ragionevole saprà ben valutare le responsabilità di quanto avvenuto!

In reference to comments on the draft sent by the Telework Coordinator RDB Mr. Franco Ferrari on December 17, 2008 , the Equal Opportunities Committee, which met on 18 December 2008 ( attached minutes), after extensive discussion unanimously decided to make to the document on the Project Telework the following changes:

L ' ART. 5 of the document "Reconciling work and family life - Positive action: telework. Access policies for teleworking, "is amended as follows:

1. Communications
