Training

Anche dai dati presentati si evidenzia come parte del personale abbia effettuato più corsi ed un altra parte, molto consistente, ne sia rimasta priva, con una evidente violazione del Contratto nazionale che impone all’Amministrazione l’obbligo di formazione esteso a tutto il personale tecnico e amministrativo, di ogni grado e qualifica.
Le RdB hanno inoltre rilevato come l’assenza di una preciso progetto di studio e di conoscenza del personale, delle competenze e della formazione già acquisite impedisca alla formazione di raggiungere lo scopo prefissato e anzi possa costituire uno spreco di risorse.
I costi possono essere ridotti limitando gli incarichi esterni al minimo indispensabile e utilizzando pienamente il personale docente dell’ateneo.
Abbiamo rilevato quanto sia assurdo che la formazione del personale sia poco organizzata e insufficiente proprio in un'Università, che è Ente di formazione per eccellenza.
Le RdB hanno chiesto che la parte dei fondi non utilizzati fino ad oggi ed ancora a disposizione del Settore Formazione venga impiegata per erogare da subito formazione a tutti i dipendenti che non ne abbiano effettuata negli ultimi due anni: questa è una priorità irrinunciabile.

Altre questioni
