Le RdB hanno anche segnalato che alcune decisioni finalizzate al risparmio, come la chiusura delle strutture il sabato, possano danneggiare attività, come quelle post-laurea, che portano fondi all'Ateneo e che quindi alla fine anziché un beneficio si abbia un danno per il bilancio della nostra Università.

This election is a particularly important event, given the difficult situation prevailing in the whole university system (including our University), from the standpoint of the budget and credibility. The cuts have already been decided at national level will also affect the administrative staff, threatening to severely curtail the additional payment and prevent career progression (horizontal and vertical).

I candidati che si presentano a queste elezioni devono pronunciarsi chiaramente su alcune questioni di fondo, così come coloro che si ripresentano dovrebbero essere valutati sul merito delle scelte fatte e non su generici auspici di buona volontà.

Non si fa un buon servizio agli interessi del personale tecnico-amministrativo se si avallano acriticamente le scelte dell'Amministrazione. In CdA è indispensabile far sentire la nostra voce, per cercare di impedire scelte negative non solo per i dipendenti ma per lo stesso sviluppo dell'Ateneo (basti citare le modifiche al Regolamento sulla Mobilità Interna o la vicenda Tecninnova).

Il prossimo CdA avrà di fronte a sé decisioni indubbiamente difficili. Il risk is that the cuts will be discharged mainly on the administrative staff (and students in terms of reducing services). Queste sono alcune delle ragioni per le quali vogliamo sottolineare l'importanza del voto del 17 dicembre, ma anche la necessità di darlo a chi sceglie chiaramente da che parte stare sulle questioni fondamentali e non è subalterno agli interessi dell'Amministrazione.
